Recognizing the need for long term accomodations in Ortigas, CDC Holdings has decided to team up once again with Ascott to bring you Citadines.

A 32 storey serviced apartment which is at par with some of the finest in the world.

Citadines doesn't only feature amenities such as a gym, swimming pools, business center, function rooms, pocket gardens and a gourmet hub, they also provide something that is a rare indulgence these days especially in a hub as populated as Ortigas....SPACE (32sq.m studio - 140sq. m 3 bedroom).

The units at Citadines are airy and spacious with a well thought out floor plan.

It is also being built to meet Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark assessment criteria by incorporating green features.

Full service apartments are most often utilized by foreigners who are in the country to do business for an undetermined length of time.

Personally, I think Citadines is also great for families who are having some renovation work done in their homes, bachelors/bachelorettes who don't have the time to bother with upkeep and or decorating, newlyweds who are in between homes and still deciding where to place their investments.

Starting off as a sort of halfway house, I could well see the Citadines finding a permanent place in the hearts of those who have stayed there and turning it into a permanent home instead.
